Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by Vaultly. We keep the setup intentionally light: no third-party advertising cookies and no behavioural ad tracking.

1. Cookies we use

  • vaultly_access: essential HTTP-only login cookie. Keeps you authenticated for a short session.
  • vaultly_refresh: essential HTTP-only refresh cookie. Keeps you signed in and normally lasts up to 30 days.
  • vaultly_oauth_state: essential Google login security cookie. Helps prevent login forgery and expires after about 10 minutes.
  • vaultly_locale: language preference cookie, normally retained for up to 12 months.
  • vaultly_locale_manual: remembers that you manually selected a language, normally retained for up to 12 months.
  • vaultly_consent: remembers that you saw the cookie notice, normally retained for up to 12 months.

2. Similar technologies

If Premium browser alerts are enabled, the browser stores notification permission and Vaultly may store the last seen alert in local storage to avoid duplicate notifications. This is not used for advertising.

3. Third-party services

When you visit Stripe checkout, Stripe billing, Google sign-in or other external services, those providers may set cookies on their own domains under their own policies. Vaultly does not control those external cookies.

4. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies are required for login, subscriptions, language routing, fraud prevention and security; disabling them may break parts of the service.

5. Contact

Questions about cookies can be sent to vaultlybusiness@hotmail.com.
