Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 May 2026
These Terms govern access to Vaultly Business News. By using the website, creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. For support or legal notices, contact vaultlybusiness@hotmail.com.
1. Service
Vaultly Business News provides AI-assisted editorial analysis about real estate, crypto, ETFs and markets, energy and startups. The service includes free articles, paid content, market impact boxes, alerts, Premium RSS feeds and support chat.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old or have legal permission from a parent or guardian.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials private.
- You are responsible for activity on your account unless caused by our fault.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Free plan: limited access and articles that are no longer time-sensitive.
- Basic plan: paid access to the Basic tier and related features shown on the pricing page.
- Premium monthly and annual plans: full article access, Early Signals, market alerts, Premium RSS feed and Premium support, subject to the current pricing page.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Stripe billing portal in your account.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the law or Stripe status requires otherwise.
4. Withdrawal, refunds and price changes
Where mandatory consumer law gives you a withdrawal or refund right, that law applies. Because Vaultly provides digital content and subscription services with immediate access, withdrawal rights may be limited after performance begins, to the extent allowed by law. Outside mandatory rights, payments already made are generally non-refundable. We will give reasonable notice before material price changes apply to renewals.
5. No financial advice
Vaultly is an editorial information service. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Market scores, impact levels, alerts and AI-generated summaries are informational signals, not instructions to buy, sell or hold any asset. You remain responsible for your decisions.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not bypass the paywall, share accounts, publish private RSS tokens or resell access.
- Do not scrape, bulk copy, redistribute, mirror or use Vaultly content to train external models without written permission.
- Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service.
- Do not use support chat or the website for unlawful, abusive or misleading activity.
7. Intellectual property and RSS
Vaultly content, design, branding, translations, market impact boxes and RSS output are protected by intellectual property rights. Premium RSS is personal to the subscriber or the subscriber's internal tools, such as Discord, Telegram, Slack, RSS readers or automation systems. It may not be made public, resold or shared outside the subscriber's organisation.
8. Accuracy, availability and third-party links
We aim to publish useful and verified market intelligence, but news can change quickly and automated systems can make mistakes. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Third-party sources, payment pages, OAuth pages and external links are governed by their own terms.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment or material breach of these Terms. You may close your account by contacting us. Account deletion may be limited where retention is legally required.
10. Liability, law and changes
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vaultly is not liable for indirect losses, trading losses, missed opportunities, loss of profits or decisions made from editorial content. These Terms are governed by Italian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where required.
